Disposable Heroes, a high-end content oriented guild established by a few determined and devoted players with considerable experience and gear, are looking for you out there 8) if you have the equipment and will to do some hardcore stuff in places like AQ40 and Naxx. Come join us if you feel up for taking part in some serious attempts and hopefully success on our way!

Requirements: lvl60, attuned for all instances, availability on 4 raiding days/week, HC experience, calling to do content raiding

Preferences: epix gear (T1/2), high profession skills and willingness to provide the raid with useful items (potions, etc.), good communication and buffing skills :D, high tolerance!

I wanna join the Disposable Heroes, I am attuned everywhere, 300 herbalism and recently switched to engineering. I dont have many epics at the moment, which is part of the reason I want to join. I also want to make new friends and have fun raiding. I can be available for raids allmost every night every week. I'm also a good teamplayer and can take orders and read instructions. On second thoughts, Delerium is out of my list of guilds I would like to join :P

OK let us give u some correction here just to set things a bit more straight.

Disposable Heroes was established by ppz who have been playing together more or less in the same guild form for over 1,5 years and they are not freshly recruited members whose aim was to get their gear and leave for good as we probably all see examples for from time to time. These people left Delerium because we wanted to be and play in a more friendly, democratic AND international (!) guild with good concepts, under a more fair-minded management.
If any of u checks out the Delerium website you can see that those who are in DH now all left 200+ (some even 500+) dkp in their former guild. They did not leave after first consuming their dkp like some members did before they joined Delerium (and were approved to do that by the management).

We find it very sad and troubling that we are criticized by someone who has been in Delerium for only a couple of months - and Wizzma joined them only a week ago or so.

Disposable Heroes will certainly do its best to keep good and efficient communication with you all who play on this server, knowing that there are several thousands of us who want to enjoy our time playing on DB.

Duke, posts like the one u placed shed a bad light not only on yourself but on the entire guild Delerium, which should really start having mature and thoughtful communication with other guilds, including ours.

On behalf of our guild members we can only hope that your GM will somehow react to your post and that your sentences do not reflect the opinion of the rest of your guild members, with whom all of us who left did enjoy playing a lot.

I think some members of Positive we're annoyed by the fact that a former member knew he was going to be leaving the guild, but still came to the BWL raid and took Ashkandi when other people wanted it - then /gquit a few mins after the raid had finished.

Yeah i leaved 5 min after looted the sword ofc.. just i want u too ask for that please can u remember to the others who needed in for the sword? no? then please that players who are leaved after the raid too before me . and i passed minimum of 2 times before this sword and if i get 1 tell only 1 tell from any 1 i pass it to that player couse i am a tank its not that hard i did it many times i can do it again if some1 need something just tell to me. So please wizzma after i maked 1819.76 dkp in the guild and i was on the first mc runs maked the first boss kills u think it was easy to me? but ok i dont want to say anything real sry =( and really cya =( and gl&hf in the future . i hope u can manage a good working guild again.

I can't remeber who the 4 people we're who needed/wanted Ashkandi, but there was 4 people. What's done is done now anyway - People have gone there diffrent ways for diffrent reasons, and in the end, it's only a game.

All i can say is, as a trial member of "Delerium" over the last few days i've seen members been left hurt by some things that have happend in the way that they did - It's only a game, but it is real people that you are playing with.I think that was forgotten a little bit.

As for the "Delerium/Positive" members, i know we will be seeing more accomplishments from them in time, a brilliant set of people, in the short space of time i was there i know i've made some really good friends that i can only wish the best of luck too.

Hey, Searchy, you know we all like you, so now pls try to calm down and try to understand the other side of the story. Fisrt of all, you are right, shame on us, shame on all of those who can feel responsible for that final situation. Yes, we let it happen, we were those who stopped revolting against what we didn't like in the guild. We stopped revolting cause we wanted to stay together and andvance and loot and everything like that. But this is not true that we didn't try to fight for our truth at all. We tried it plenty of ways, on ventrillo, in private, gently or more aggressively... yeas I know you didnt know about that. Direct communication has been kinda frozen since long monthes in the guild. When for me I was finally kicked (maybe I stopped taking part in the discussions too late:P), it was a strange feeling, I missed most off you and I was sad, but on the other part, I suddenly got freed up of all that shit. And I guess others felt the same. It is our fault that we werent good friends enough to talk together, but it is not our fault that when we tried to exercise the least negative criticism with the best intentions we got the rigid answer: 'I know what I am doing, you can go if you don't like it.'
So my conclusion: we are all different, and when different peeps spend a lot of time together, conflicts will born, and in most cases all of them are responsible. So in that case I must agree with what Vigyazz told: remeber the good moments and try to understand each other. And ask before state:)
