FADER is a irl guild. Everyone pretty much know eachother or atleast a couple of the members irl. There are some people that we have get to know in the game and that we feel have the "fader spirit" in them. That is to be nice and friendly, kill alliance with a smile on their faces and to be old enough to drink beer.

Short Guild Description:
The Dark Sun Guild is a large internationguild that basically works
based on being friends.

In WoW it got formed in early beta, and we have a good supply of
players from that time. The first 30 or so players was Norwegian,
of which half was from the city of Trondheim.
But we have since gained players from around the world.

We have our own servers (dedicated server for Ventrillo for those wanting
to use such and so on) and good lines to host them on.

As we're a guild of friends and friends friends, all services and items is
free within the guild. We do our best to help our members and make sure
everyone have a good time. And it is our hope that any new members
will also become our friends and not just our friends friend.
So far this have been no problem.

All new members are accepted as Applicants. After two-three weeks
(more if the person in question is barely on, and we have thus been
unable to see much of how he/she behaves) the person is accepted.
Only once have we been forced to decline an applicant to full membership.
We must live on a great Server =)

As we're a friendly bunch, never feel shy about talking to us, invite us
to kill Dragons, or set up an alliance for the Battlefields.
We're here to stay, and here to help!

Casual Friendly Mature guild currently at some 60 members (+alts). A random bunch of weird people form all over the world which actually works quite well, with lots of fun and cheers in guild chat and mutual support. Some of us know each other IRL - actually Drumm and Rogan know each other so well that they are going to marry ingame :P Anyway, we have ppl of all levels, races, sizes and classes and very soon we will be looking to bolster our ranks so if you feel sad and lonely and want a group hug, you may soon get a chance :P

TDO started out as me, Ita, Rais and Mac playing Diablo 2 together. Then we started TDO early during the EU beta with the same tabard and all.
In final we decided to keep the invites to friends and their friends. Mostly to keep it norwegian and because we thought it would be nice to know who you're playing with. (So you can chase him/her down and killkill when s/he wins something you want. ;P)
But after a while we figured there were such an amount of players out there with nowhere to go and so we decided to show some mercy and invite some of those with whom we've become good friends. And as it stands today, most of us is norwegian while a there's a few swedes, a couple from england and one from Poland.

Apart from that, TDO is a nice and friendly but mature guild. We keep our pride in doing things well. Not because of any elitism from our side, but because we like to see a job well done.

Short guild Description

Relatively old guild now (formerly known as Raging Llamas of Fury who have been there since the start of Dragonblight). The guild core came from Call of Duty, I played the entire beta of WoW and convinced everyone to try it and its grown from there. Roughly 30 members now all with multiple characters ranging from 6 - 60. Very helpfull, the 60's are always off helping other members do quests or farm items. We use teamspeak for comms. Mainly English players but with a dutch contingent aswell :-D Virtually everyone is aged 25 or above and are friendly but vocal! :roll:

FADER started as a irl guild. Everyone pretty much know eachother or atleast a couple of the members irl and we've been playing games like Counter-Strike and Battlefield 1942 together for around 5 years as a clan.. There are some people that we have get to know in the game and that we feel have the "fader spirit" in them.

After a few of the founding members went to Bloodscalp to PvP with our friends in Evil Eye there has been some changes. More in game friends has joined the guild, not growing to fast though, and we try to keep it a bit more organized with raid calendars, rotation scheduels for end game content, guild banks and so on.

FADER is also a part of the alliance "UnitedHorde" together with The Damned Ones, Souls of Chaos and Dark Sun and are currently doing regular raids in MC, Onyxia's Lair and on both outdoor raid bosses.

The last two posts are from me asking for someone else to take it over as I won't be able to do it anymore, so instead of saying how it's not updated maybe you could update yourself :p

I didn't mean to insult you. I did notice the post with a question wanting someone to take over (didn't realise it was you though) and I did think about doing it... but I really can't. I'm in the middle of moving to a different country, getting a very busy job etc... and somewhere on this or that forum (sorry again, I'm stressed out... just a few days left before I go! I simply don't choose the best words if I'm bouncing around) I read that someone said it would be best to keep updating THIS list instead the one on the WoW forums + the guildlisting thread on WoW forums was unstickied. So really, it wasn't criticism towards you... perhaps just a bad choice of words. And with updated I mean: I see some guilds that are no longer around, but I don't feel like pointing that out in that thread because 1) it isn't my business, since I'm not in that guild and 2) I don't want to make the mistake of saying that guild X is disbanned or whatever and have to face a guildmember getting mad at me because I don't have the facts straight. So, in the end... all I meant by saying what I did was: "I see there's no mentioning of this guild here and I don't see a lot of volunteers for making a new thread on the WoW forums, so here I am" ... Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to read this post, we are a newly formed Horde guild based on the Dragonblight EU realm and are currently looking to recruit some skilled players.

About Us:

As stated we are a horde based on the Dragonblight EU PVE realm. Famous Last Words guild is a newly formed guild however is made up of some very skilled and experienced players who have extensive pre-tbc and post-tbc raiding experience.

However FLW Guild takes pride in being a social guild i.e. one that enjoys in-game guild communication, Ventrilo chat and out-of-game chat via the guild form. This is all to promote a comfortable, pressure free environment where casual players can find a home and still be able to play an active part in pve raids when required.

Aside from PVE raids we are all actively involved in PvP in some form whether it is casual bg runs or dedicated arena teams however the main emphasis is on having fun!

We currently have Karazhan on farm status and are now looking to recruit more players to start aiming at the larger 25 man instances in Outlands.

If you are a mature player (mature in attitude, not age), believe you can bring something fresh to the guild or would like to discuss the oppertunity of being an FLW Guild member please do not hesitate to register on our forum and make an application (full details and application rules found on the forum).
