Chromatic cape

Was wondering if anybody on the Dragonblight server is able to craft the chromatic cape.

I havent seen anybody on the Horde side with it (yet), so maybe som1 on the alliance side has it?

I've done a lot of DM North runs in the past (60+) and never seen it drop once, so it would be really great if som1 was able to do it for me (willing to buy and provide resources of course ;-)

There's a reason no one has it.

12 brilliant chromatic scales, which automatically go to warriors, hunters or shamans due to the epic item quest, which none of them will ever get.

When they realize that, they try to sell them for 60g each on the AH.

But yes, I can make it, it'd be my first :)

I may be mistaken but I believe Gilthoniel can make them and has indeed done so in the past.

Tbh I don't think scales should go to the quest holders. As a warrior, I know that the Breastplate of the Chromatic Flight is so close to the Breastplate of Might, there's just no point getting the Flight, unless 5 more fire res is your thing. Scales should be FFA.
